Dr Joseph is the head of the veterinary medical team at Veterinary Medical Centre. A graduate of the ISCAH University of Havana, Cuba in 1996. He has incurred a wealth of training and experience in small and large animal medicine and surgery, animal production and systems, embryo transplant, food safety, project management.

He is a former Chief Veterinary Officer of Saint Lucia and the President of the St Lucia Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr Joseph has been with the Animal Health Plaza from its inception in September of 1997 to December 2016 and has foster its growth and development and now with the Veterinary Medical Centre with locations in Beausejour Road Gros Islet and Church Street  in Soufriere, with its primary focus of bringing about change and awareness in an integrative way to animal owners in making them more responsible animal owners, to impart positively on the quality of their lives and that of the animals and the environment.

He pioneered the Kiddies Pet Club with the primary objectives of teaching children to be responsible animal owners, to develop and inculcate an early sense of responsibility, which sicks to curtail the development of deviant behaviours and make them better citizens of our planet earth.
